Fleet Energy FZCO and EPROM (Egyptian Projects Operation & Maintenance) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to advance cooperation on the East Port Said Terminal Project.
The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration around the planned operation and maintenance of a bulk liquid terminal and associated tank facilities at East Port Said, supporting the reception, storage, blending, and re-export of petroleum products.
For Fleet Energy, the partnership reflects the company’s long-term focus on energy infrastructure, logistics connectivity, and reliable physical supply chains across Egypt, the Mediterranean, and regional markets.
EPROM brings established operational and maintenance experience within Egypt’s petroleum sector, while Fleet Energy contributes its project development perspective, trading background, and market connectivity.
The East Port Said Terminal Project remains in the development process. Fleet Energy and EPROM will continue working together through the next stages of technical, operational, and commercial coordination.
