Key Achievements
Awarded rights to process up to 1.5 million barrels per month of crude oil at Midor Refinery, selling refined products on a back-to-back basis to EGPC — a relationship we continue to this day as both suppliers and off-takers.
510,000 MT of Gasoline and Gasoil traded through strategic partners to EGPC, demonstrating our growing market presence and execution capability.
Supplied approximately 500,000 MT of Fuel Oil and Gasoil on tender basis through Rosneft Trading S.A. Fleet Energy joined the direct supply program between Rosneft and EGPC, and began supplying Fuel Oil, Gasoline, Gasoil, LPG, and LNG to EGAS.
1.5 million metric tons of Fuel Oil, Gasoil, LPG, and LNG supplied to Egypt — our largest annual volume to date at the time.
Over 2.5 million tons of hydrocarbons traded, primarily into Egypt, the Mediterranean, and the Black Sea, significantly expanding our regional footprint.
Supplied MIDOR Refinery and EGPC with over 600,000 MT collectively, including Crude, Condensate (Fuel Cuts), and Gasoil — demonstrating continued operational excellence.
Won and exported approximately 500,000 barrels of the first GEISUM Mixed Crude Oil to be exported from Egypt to the global market — a historic milestone for Egyptian crude exports.
Granted a private licence by the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) for local distribution of natural gas in Egypt under the new gas liberalisation law — enabling LNG imports, domestic natural gas trading, and LNG exports to the open market.
Partnerships
Our collaboration with Hamza Trading S.A. involves major supply contracts and joint participation in the EGPC direct supply program, as well as cooperation on LNG projects and market development.
Fleet Energy FZCO has a long-standing relationship with EGPC, serving as both a supplier and off-taker. We participate in tenders for various petroleum products, ensuring a reliable supply to meet Egypt's energy needs.
We partner with the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company to distribute natural gas in Egypt's liberalised market. Our joint efforts focus on LNG importation, natural gas trading, and expanding the local gas distribution network.
Our Story
Fleet Energy FZCO was founded with a clear vision: to become a reliable, compliant, and client-focused energy trading firm that bridges global supply with regional demand. Starting from a focused base in Egypt and the Middle East, we have expanded our reach to include the Mediterranean, North Africa, and Southeast Asia.
Today we are a KYC-compliant counterparty registered with major NOCs, refineries, and international trading houses — a status that reflects years of consistent performance, regulatory compliance, and relationship-building across the most demanding markets in the world.
