Our History

Milestone Achievements

2010

Secured rights to process up to 1.5 million barrels per month of crude oil at Midor refinery, showcasing our operational capabilities.

2014

Successfully traded 510,000 MT of gasoline and gasoil through strategic partnerships with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC).

2015

Expanded our portfolio, supplying approximately 500,000 MT of fuel oil and gasoil cargoes to EGPC's Ain Sukhna, Suez, and Alexandria Ports.

2016

Delivered 1.5 million metric tons of fuel oil, gasoil, LPG, and LNG to Egypt, demonstrating our supply chain efficiency.

2017-2018

Further diversified our trading activities, handling over 2.5 million tons of hydrocarbons, including LPG, LNG, AVGAS 100LL, Jet A-1, and gasoline, primarily in Egypt, the Mediterranean, and Black Sea regions.

Key Strategic Alliances

Rosneft Trading S.A.

Our collaboration with Rosneft Trading S.A. involves major supply contracts and joint participation in the EGPC direct supply program, as well as cooperation on LNG projects and market development.

Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC)

Fleet Energy FZCO has a long-standing relationship with EGPC, serving as both a supplier and offtaker. We participate in tenders for various petroleum products, ensuring a steady and reliable supply to meet Egypt’s energy needs.

Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company

We partner with the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company to distribute natural gas in Egypt’s liberalized market. Our joint efforts focus on LNG importation, natural gas trading, and expanding the local gas distribution network.

At FLEET ENERGY FZCO,

Current Ventures and Future Outlook

Natural Gas Distribution in Egypt

Fleet Energy FZCO is at the forefront of Egypt’s natural gas market liberalization. We were recently awarded a private license by the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company to distribute and supply natural gas to end-users in the newly liberalized market. This opportunity allows us to import LNG, trade natural gas locally, and export to neighboring markets. Our partnership with Rosneft further strengthens our position in this sector, enabling us to provide competitive and reliable energy solutions.

Expansion in LNG and Natural Gas Sector

Fleet Energy FZCO is actively developing infrastructure for small-scale LNG solutions, exploring opportunities in emerging LNG markets, and participating in the development of natural gas trading hubs. Our expansion efforts aim to enhance our capabilities and provide our clients with flexible and efficient energy solutions.
